Halloween Ghost and Pumpkin Cupcakes

These delicious Halloween Ghost & Pumpkin Cupcakes can be made for any occasion, especially for Halloween.  In this video, I am showing you how to decorate the Halloween Ghost and Pumpkin Cupcakes.  It's a fun project to do with your family and kids.  You're children will love decorating these cupcakes.  I enjoy decorating cupcakes.  I think people decorate cupcakes to make the cupcakes prettier.  Put it next to the Halloween Spider Cupcakes, & the Halloween Spider Web Cupcakes that I made, and it will be a popular dessert at parties.

Ingredients:

 1 box of Cake Mix
 Chocolate Frosting
 2 Egg Whites
 1/2 cup Water
 3 tbsp. Oil
 2 Ghosts (Marshmallow Peeps)
 2 Pumpkins (Marshmallow Peeps)

Directions:

1.)  Follow the directions on the cake mix box.
2.)  Place the 2 Ghosts, and the 2 Pumpkins on the cupcakes.
