Oreo Cookie Cheesecake - No Bake Cheesecake

This delicious Oreo Cookie Cheesecake - No Bake Cheese Cake can be made for any occasion.  I made an OreoCookie Smoothie before, so now I decided to make this one.

Ingredients:

 4 oz. Cream Cheese
 1/4 cup Sugar
 1/2 cup Sour Cream
 20 Oreo Cookies
 8 oz. Whip Cream
 1 Oreo Cookie Pie Crust
 16 Mini Oreo Cookies

Directions:

 Mix the cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
 Mix in the sour cream.
 Crush 20 Oreo cookies and roll it with a rolling pin (in a ziploc bag).
 Add the Oreo cookies into the mixture.  Using the hand mixer, you can crush the cookies into smaller pieces, and mix it, if you would like to.  Stir the cookies with a spoon.
 Add and fold in the whip cream.
 Spoon in the mixture into the Oreo cookie pie crust.
 Smooth out the mixture.
 Decorate with 16 mini Oreo cookies.
 Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until it sets.
