Chocolate Cheesecake - No Bake Cheesecake





This delicious Chocolate Cheesecake - No Bake Cheesecake can be made for any occasion.  Before this, I made an Oreo Cookie Cheesecake - No Bake Cheesecake.

Ingredients:

- 4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 8 oz. Whip Cream
- 12 oz. bag Chocolate Chips

For the Crust:

- 1 1/4 Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/3 cups Butter

Directions:

  1.)  Mix Graham Cracker Crumbs, Sugar, & Melted Butter into a bowl.
  2.)  Pour the crust Mixture into a pan, & smooth it out.  Use the bottom of a glass to
        help smooth it out.
  3.)  Mix the cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4.)  Mix in the sour cream.
  5.)  Add & mix in the Whip Cream.
  6.)  Melt 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips at 30 second intervals.  Spoon in the melted
        Chocolate Chips, & mix it all together.
  7.)  Spoon in the mixture into the crust.
  8.)  Smooth out the mixture.
  9.)  Decorate with the rest of the Chocolate Chips.
 10.)  Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.

Valentine's Day Chocolate Covered Strawberries & Bananas



This delicious Valentine's Day Chocolate Covered Strawberries and Bananas can be made for any occasion, especially for Valentine's Day.  They are a yummy dessert to eat especially if you love the taste of chocolate.  They are quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:

 1 pound Strawberries
 4 Bananas
 1/2 bag of Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate (11.50 oz. is the whole bag)
 1/2 bag of Ghirardelli White Chocolate (11 oz. is the whole bag)

Directions:

 Wash, Dry, & Cut the Strawberries & Bananas
 Melt the White Chocolate (15-30 second intervals)
 Melt the Milk Chocolate (15-30 second intervals)
 Dip the Strawberries in the Milk Chocolate
 Dip the Strawberries in the White Chocolate
 Dip the Bananas in the Milk Chocolate
 Dip the Bananas in the White Chocolate
 Refrigerate for about the 20 minutes

Valentine's Day Pink Chocolate Molten Lava Cake



This delicious Valentine's Day Pink Chocolate Molten Lava Cake can be made for any occasion, especially for Valentine's Day. Chocolate Cake Mix is usually used, but this time, I made it with Pink cake Mix for the Holiday.

Ingredients:

 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix
 1/3 cup Oil
 3 Eggs
 1 cup Water
 12 scoops Ice Cream
 1 bottle Hot Fudge
 1 bottle Magic Shell Chocolate Topping

Directions:

1.) Pour in the Cake Mix, Water, Oil, & 3 Eggs
2.) Stir the mixture
3.) Pour batter into the greased cupcake pan
4.) Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
5.) Then let the cakes cool
6.) Cut the top of the cake, so it can lay flat on the plate
7.) Turn the cake over
8.) Cut the center, of the bottom, of the cake
9.) Microwave the chocolate fudge for 45 seconds.
     Then spoon in the chocolate fudge
10.) Place a scoop of ice cream on top
11.) Pour the Magic Shell Chocolate Topping on the ice cream
12.) Open it up to see the chocolate fudge
